Import license is required for live fish then we only ship betta via transhipper. Thai shipper and your selected transhipper work together to deliver betta to your address safely.
Thai shipping fee will be included during payment process then you just pay additional money for import, handling and local delivery fee to selected transhipper when betta arrive.

1. Buy and make payment for betta cost and Thai shipping fee.
Shipping fee for Thai shipper will be included during payment process, 200 THB each for normal size and 250 THB each for giant.
2. Seller send betta to Thai shipper on scheduled date.
Thai and international transhipper set monthly shipment schedule and share to seller. Then we will send betta to Thai shipper on scheduled date.
3. Thai shipper ships all bettas to your transhipper by international air freight.
Thai shipper move all bettas to airport then ship to your transhipper.
4. Your transhipper receives all betta at the airport
When bettas arrive, Your transhipper will receives all bettas at airport.
5. Request for approval from customs.
Import licensed will be presented at customs for requesting the approval.
6. Transhipper email you with invoice for handling fee.
Transhipper checks betta’s health condition and email you with invoice for handling, import and local delivery fee. Then you just confirm delivery option and date and make directly payment to them via Paypal. (shipping cost estimation is described below)
7. Transhipper send betta to your address.
Transhiper will delivery betta to your address when receive money. Heat pack is required if the weather is too cold.
8. Betta arrives your address safely.

We will use any carrier you want, but the least expensive is USPS (the United States Post Office). Using their rates, you can estimate your shipping costs. Although exact rates will depend somewaht on your ZIP code, this should get you within a few dollars: With the Post Office you have 2 options — Express Mail (a next day delivery to most ZIP codes), and Priority Mail (a 2 to 3 days delivery, but with no guaranteed delivery date.). – Express Mail: Import fees @ $1.20 per fish / handling @ $2 per fish / insulated shipping box $5 / Express Mail $35 / total for 1 betta $43.20 with each additional fish shipping for just $4.20 – Priority Mail: Import fees @ $1.20 per fish / handling @ $2 per fish / insulated shipping box $5 / Priority Mail $16 / total for 1 betta $24.20 with each additional fish shipping for just $3.50 *** Fee increased due to needed heat pack and USPS rate
